Dr. Wenwey Hseush
Chief Executive Officer
PhD in Computer Science, Columbia University Ever since college, Dr. Wenwey Hseush has devoted himself in the research and development of Internet and Collaborative Commerce during which he published numerous important articles in related journals. After receiving Information Engineering degree from National Taiwan University and Computer Science PhD from Columbia University, he had a chance to work with experts in distinguished companies such as Lehman Brothers and Paine Webber. With those invaluable experiences, he successfully founded Timecruiser Computing Corporation in 1995, which specialized in Java application and Campus Enterprise Portal development.

In 1999, Dr. Hseush became VP of Computer Associate, followed by his appointment as CTO of the Computer Associate joint venture investment holding company in Asia. During that time, Dr. Hseush was responsible for the technical support of more than 20 other joint venture companies in the region. In 2000, Dr, Hseush founded eBizprise Inc. and became chairman of the company. With his considerable experiences in collaborative commerce, Dr. Hseush has led eBizprise to actively pursue the development of Supply Chain Collaborative Commerce. After 8-year effort, eBizprise has become one of the most distinguished software consulting companies in Asia with clients from logistics, textile, chemical, machinery, telecommunications, automotive, medical services and even government agencies and universities. eBizprise is one of the few companies with the ability to span across electronic business, software, computer systems and collaborative commerce. Recently Dr. Hseush was certified by VICS (Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions) Organization, becoming the first CPFR^® Certification Program facilitator in Taiwan.

In 2007, Dr. Hseush set up eBizServe Technology Limited in China. Dr. Hseush believes that changes in supply chain are the results of globalization and the ever changing consumer behavior. In such a specialized world today, Asia is becoming a significant production power to be reckoned with; this is clearly visible in the production growth of countries such as China, Vietnam and Russia. The collaboration between supplier, seller and consumer is essential in the development of new consumer products, and efficient transportation of raw material, semi finished product and finished product from Asia to the rest of the world is the perfect example of supply chain management operating at its fullest potential. Alan Wang
Chief Operating OfficerAlan Wang has more than 10 years management experiences in IT industry with various positions. In 2007, Mr. Wang was appointed as the CEO of eBizprise by Chairman Wenwey Hseush and directors of the board.

Ever since he joined eBizprise in June 2002, his knowledge and experiences helped eBizprise significantly increase its market share of Collaborative Commerce in Taiwan. Most of the enterprises in Taiwan focus mainly on ERP as the main task of their e-Business. However, after completing the information infrastructure, it is necessary for them to extend the system and build a platform for information exchange with buyers and suppliers. Mr. Wang strongly believes that Collaborative Commerce plays an essential role in the transition from traditional commerce to e-commerce.

eBizprise is currently the top one solution provider in Taiwan CPFR market. eBizprise not only continues to grow domestically, it is also actively expanding its international market share. In 2007, eBizprise and HP joined together in the effort to provide and expand services in China, Hong Kong and India. In the same year, eBizprise established its subsidiary company — eBizServe Technology Limited— in Tianjin. eBizServe customizes its services specifically for the market in China and construct ASP Platforms to attract more clients to join the service network.

Looking into the future, eBizServe will actively develop its own original products and seek out strategic alliances with other major companies in the industry. In turn, such alliances will provide eBizServe with greater resources to satisfy the need of international businesses for Collaborative Commerce in the greater China region. By utilizing the advantages of localized domain knowledge and international resources, eBizServe will develop its international supply chain collaborative platform continuously to bring together Asian suppliers and global major brand name industries.
