Ted Hsu is a founder of ASUS and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Pegatron Corporation and the executives of many companies. He is the co-author of “Fair Collaboration” book published in 2009. He received EMBA from National Chiao Tung University and BS in Electrical Engineer from National Taiwan University, Taipei, 1983.

Paul Chu is a board of directors of Cathay Life Insurance Company since 1995, and was a board of directors of Summit Bank Corporation. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Chu served as chairman of Novax Group Inc., a developer of professional accounting software. He served as Amerex Corp’s president of Taiwan operations from 1980 to 1983. He received an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School.
